We are a local company focusing on shared bedroom housing in the Greater Sacramento area. We are currently only able to take tenants who are 18 years of age or older. We provide a clean, safe, and peaceful environment. Our houses are nicely furnished and well-maintained. Prices start at $850 per bed with a $250 deposit.

W.A.Y.S. Rooms for Rent is NOT A BOARD AND CARE OR ROOM AND BOARD. W.A.Y.S. Rooms for Rent DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY RIDES, COUNSELING, SERVICES, CARE, ETC. AS PART OF ITS RENTAL AGREEMENTS. INDIVIDUALS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS MUST RECEIVE CARE FROM AN OUTSIDE AGENCY SUCH AS IHSS.
