A clean, safe, and peaceful environment requires that everyone follow certain rules designed to keep the house clean and maintain household harmony. W.A.Y.S. Rooms for Rent is NOT A BOARD AND CARE OR ROOM AND BOARD. W.A.Y.S. Rooms for Rent DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY RIDES, COUNSELING, SERVICES, CARE, ETC. AS PART OF ITS RENTAL AGREEMENTS. INDIVIDUALS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS MUST RECEIVE CARE FROM AN OUTSIDE AGENCY SUCH AS IHSS.
