Our lease must specifically allow W.A.Y.S. Rooms for Rent to sublet the home to a mutually-agreed upon number of individuals.
Make Above Market Rent
W.A.Y.S. Rooms for Rent understands that allowing a higher-than-usual number of people to live in your house may result in increased wear and tear on your property. W.A.Y.S. Rooms for Rent is willing to pay above-market rent to offset these costs.
