W.A.Y.S. Rooms for Rent is NOT A BOARD AND CARE OR ROOM AND BOARD.
W.A.Y.S. Rooms for Rent DOES NOT provide any rides, counseling, services, care, etc. UNLESS contracted by an outside agency such as IHSS or IHO.
Maintain a Safe Environment
No weapons of any kind are allowed in the house.
No Alcohol, Marijuana, or Illegal Drugs are allowed in the House.
House hours are from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm unless special arrangements are made beforehand.
Contribute to a Clean and Organized Home
Clean the shower, sink and toilet after every use.
Clean the kitchen after every use.
No Food or Drinks is allowed in bedrooms at all!
Ensure Household Harmony
Tenants agree to make reasonable efforts to maintain a peaceful atmosphere in the house and collaborate to resolve any conflicts.
All bedrooms must be kept clean and organized. Please be considerate of your roommate by keeping personal belongings tidy and ensuring shared spaces are respected.
W.A.Y.S. Rooms for Rent retains the right to access all rooms in each house as needed.
Beds are assigned by W.A.Y.S. Rooms for Rent and may be relocated at any time to maintain household harmony.
Do not touch or disturb others' belongings or food - KEEP YOUR HANDS TO YOURSELF!!!!
Pest management
No items may be brought into the house without prior approval from W.A.Y.S. Rooms for Rent.
Bedrooms are fully furnished and only clothes and personal belongings are allowed.
