Limitations
W.A.Y.S. Rooms for Rent is NOT A BOARD AND CARE OR ROOM AND BOARD. W.A.Y.S. Rooms for Rent does not provide any rides, counseling, services, care, etc. unless contracted by an outside agency such as IHSS or IHO.
Maintain a Safe Environment
No Weapons of any kind are allowed in the house
No Alcohol, Marijuana, or Illegal Drugs are allowed in the House
House Hours are from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm unless special arrangements are made
Keep the House Clean
Clean Shower and Toilet after every use
Clean Kitchen after every use
No Food or Drink is allowed in bedrooms
Ensure Household Harmony
Tenants agree to make all reasonable efforts to maintain a peaceful environment within the house and to work together to resolve any differences
All Bedrooms shall remain clean- be considerate of your roommate with your personal belongings
W.A.Y.S. Rooms for Rent Retains Access to all rooms in the house
Beds are assigned by W.A.Y.S. Rooms for Rent and may be changed to any location at any time to ensure household harmony
Do not touch or disturb other's belongings or food - KEEP YOUR HANDS TO YOURSELF
Control Pests
Nothing is to be brought into the the house without the consent of W.A.Y.S. Rooms for Rent
Bedrooms are fully furnished and the only things to be in the bedrooms are clothes and personal products
